A. The reclaiming of demores sustained by the war.
(based on the lines which were indic-ted in the memorial, of the
Hamburg Chamber of Commerce to the German Board of Trade and which
were republished in the morning edition of the "Reuen Hamburgischen
Borsenhalle* (New Hamburg Erchange) on the 8.12.14).
I.
Dnges to property caused immediately by the acts of war of an enemy, our own, a allied or a neutral State (Destruction injury, robbery, or confiscation of goods or other fixed movable
property.)

(a). damage caused by enemy or German forces in Germany or in
the German Colonies and the leased territory of Viauts-
-chou to goods, ships, fittings, machinery, and private
effects.
(b). the demages and losses to things sustained by German
resident in enemy lands through banishment, through other official regulations or through excesses of the
mob.
e.g. Losses and damages to ships and lighters.
Losses and damages to goods, buildings, fittings, machinery, furniture and private effects, through
malevolence or want of supervision.
(c). the destruction, injury, forced discharge and its con-
-sequences, forced sale or confiscation of ships and cargoes on German, allied, neutral or enemy ships.
(d). through the official confiscation of German property in
enemy territory.
